TCC Facilities was established in 1957 as a family run business. Over the years we have developed a wealth of experience and expertise in all facets of cleaning. Today we provide a modern structure based around our franchisees.

THE CLEANING COMPANY offers a full range of cleaning and maintenance services at affordable prices to a wide range of clients. These services range from the initial cleaning of premises after builders to special floor sanding and sealing. Our greatest demand however is a daily maintenance cleaning of premises of any nature.

Since THE CLEANING COMPANY is a franchised business, our people are strongly motivated and focused to provide and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service. We pride ourselves on our quality of service and we aim to continue improving our standards and professionalism to the satisfaction of our clients.

Gilbert Sprous started a franchise serving the East Midlands after serving 20 years in the Armed Forces, 15 years as a senior NCO.  He says "My experience ensures I know what clean looks like".  That combined with an intensive BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) course THE CLEANING COMPANY provides a dedicated service with an attention to detail that is unparalleled.
