Builders Cleans include a wide range from sparkle cleans, after builders cleans to final cleans. This type of cleaning is to ensure that when a buyer inspects the property, the property is in an immaculate state and the potential owner can picture how nice it would be to live or work there. We realise that deadlines and handovers have to be met and that your cleaning company has to be flexible on time schedules.

The builder's clean includes but is not limited to the following:

1. Ensure that we understand your requirements and deliver.

2. Open and air the property.

3. Remove all rubbish.

4. Remove all surplus cement, plaster, paint, and grease marks on paintwork, walls, tiles, terraces, floors, cupboards, domestic equipment etc…

5. Remove all labels from bathroom, windows, toilets, and kitchen.

6. Clean all windows, window frames, and sills.

7. Clean all skirting and wash the doors.

8. Clean all sockets and switches.

9. Clean and disinfect all kitchen appliances (including hob, oven fridge, microwave, wall tiles, and kitchen appliances).

10. Clean kitchen, bedrooms, public rooms, and cupboards inside and out.

11. Clean and polish all kitchen, bedroom, and public room surfaces.

12. Clean and disinfect all bathrooms

13. Wash tiles, baths, shower screens, and basins in the bathrooms.

14. Sweep and wipe down all the walls and ceilings.

15. Wash and clean all shelving.

16. Wash and clean utility room and any appliances

17. Hoover and mop all floors and stairs

18. Clean and polishes to a high shine all windows, glass doors, and mirrors.

19. Make sure property is dust free.

20. Report any deficiencies found in the construction, finishing, and property maintenance discovered during the cleaning to the site supervisor.
