methodology used includes site maps combined with performance specifications to
produce cleaning schedules. It is
the use of our cleaning schedules that ensure we provide a quality service.

Ensuring open lines of communication with the client, management, and
operatives is essential. Using
feedback from both clients and operatives, management can exceed the standards
expected and provide a service that is valued by the customer.

develop a needs based performance specification at the beginning of the
contract. We also realise things
change and our specifications are dynamic; we change as the need changes.
